#20 - Sydney Autumn
It has been another beautiful week in Sydney; considering it started off cold early in the week but warmed up considerably. Taking a break during uni to check out one of the first food trucks to roam Sydney finds me sitting down at a bench, basking in the warmth of the sun and watching the world go by.
#19 - Dinosaurs
My boyfriend’s nephew is an energetic kid, last week on Mother’s Day he tired me out. Here is some downtime of him playing with some glow-in-the-dark dinosaur figurines that I had bought for him. Can you tell that he likes dinosaurs?
#18 - Bridges
It’s been a busy week driving around from one uni to another for some projects I’m currently doing for my PhD. Along the way, I spotted a nice park where you can actually see both Sydney bridges in one spot. It was nice to stop here for a moment to enjoy the warmth of the Autumn sun (something I’d surely miss when the colder weather kicks in).
#17 - The answer
A weekend brunch sees the boyfriend and I at The Baron cafe in Castle Hill and this sign outside catches my eye.
#16 - Night traffic
Leaving uni late one night prompt me to take this photo of the cars that would also be heading home. I just love how the car’s lights create streams of light; creating a sense of urgency
#15 - Carrots
I’ve been recipe testing for a friend’s cookbook this weekend. This is just one of the random ingredient shoots I took.
#14 - Flowers and bee
It’s funny how a split moment can change things… I had taken a picture of these flowers and loved the juxtaposition of living and dead. Then a bee flew into the picture and by chance, I was quick enough to snap it. As I approached it to try take another shot, it flew away.
#13 - Birds
Lately, on the way home from uni, I would notice a large flock of birds resting on a power line. Almost each time a car drove pass, they would fly off the power line and then back onto it once the car passes.
#12 - Dry ice
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now. Just playing around with some leftover dry ice
